I am getting a
Lot of blurred out footage when a bright light is pointed at my camera. And the footage shows people as grey and can’t really see them after this happens also the sound won’t pick up voices

Hi @user75021. Can you share a video of this happening? Does this occur at night or day? Depending on the light source and intensity, it could be washing out the image.
