My camera bricked after a firmware update. Unfortunately my camera is out of warranty,and I’m forced to buy a new one. Ring support gave me 30% off, but it feels not right. In my opinion Ring should provide me a replacement because through a firmware update it bricked the camera. I’m paying a subscription which should cover the software warranty and if the firmware breaks the unit support needs to replace it, even when the hardware is out of warranty.
