Brand new doorbell pro with blue ring of death

I installed new doorbell pro about e hrs ago. Everything went smooth including checking transformer and installing pro power kit. I downloaded app and went through installation process and everything went well. Right after setup, live feed showed an image then camera went offline. Its been offline eversince with flashing blue light on top half. Tried resetting but goes back to flashing blue on top half. Support says charging so wait for 8 hrs but charging what takes 8 hrs?
