Brand New device on boot loop

I've bought a Ring Video Doorbell 2 and completed the setup successfully. I even made the Alexa integration without any issues. However, after completing the setup my doorbell started to update the firmware automatically and after finishing it my device is stuck on boot loop. It blinks solid blue every 1 second. I tried everything to resolve the issue, but the device was bricked by the firmware update. The hard reset has no effect on my Doorbell. It just keeps on blinking blue.

Hi @tiago. When you reset the Doorbell, make sure you are holding down the setup button underneath the faceplate for at least 20 seconds. Attempt the setup process once more in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn't work and you're unable to get the Doorbell up and running, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
