I have a brand new base station. The blue light is solid after plugging in but the Wi-Fi and lightning bolt up top will not light up. Is this defective? I tried resetting it. I unplugged it for 5 minutes and reset it after plugging in and nothing happens. Frustrating for sure!
I called customer support. The base station is defective. They have ordered a new one for me.
