Paid for the basic yearly subscription before my trial was even over. Now the app consistently says my plan is “ending” in 19 days. So went and looked at my subscription and it says next billing date is 1/28/21 and I have the plus subscription. So I went and checked my payments statement and nope did then basic for 30. This isn’t the first time they’ve tried to take more money from me and its becoming annoying

Hi @Srtnationjc. When you setup a new device, you are automatically given a 30 day free trail of the Ring Protect Plus Plan. The app will alert you of this trail ending even if you’ve already subscribed to the Basic Plan. Once the free trial has ended, you account will switch to the basic plan that you have paid for.
