Bought new house that had a few ring cameras set up. Transferred all to my account but one floodlight camera that is missing the barcode. Is there another way to set up this camera without the barcode, or is it a complete loss?
Hi @Eaglewatch. What part of the setup process are you running into trouble with regarding the barcode? If possible, can you share a screenshot of this screen in the Ring App? I’d be happy to take a look and see if I can offer any helpful suggestions.
