  2. What type of Doorbell do you have? Is it the Ring Classic? The Ring Doorbell 2? The Ring Video Doorbell Pro?

  3. Do you have a Chime Pro or a WiFi extender in the house?

  4. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps like connecting it to a hotspot or performing a reset on the actual Ring device?
