Hi my my pro 2 is just over a year old and I’ve noticed the quality of the picture getting worse and worse, it’s no longer a sharp crisp picture, I’ve tried resetting it, turned it off for a few days to see if it helped …. Nothing worked
Hi @Kb87. If you haven’t already, I’d also suggest gently cleaning the lens of the Doorbell Pro with a clean microfiber cloth to see if that helps reduce the blurriness at all.
