It’s won’t connect to WiFi. It’s able to rings the doorbell though. White light won’t come up after pressing side button.
Hey @KayVi. Whenever the device is unable to connect to your wifi from a wrong password, the top of the Doorbell will blink in the setup process. You will need to ensure you have the proper SSID and password for your network with you during the setup of your device. If you are unable to set up the device still, it’s best to reach out to your ISP and address that the ports and protocols are opened to allow the Ring device to connect.
