When charging my 2nd gen model the blue ring does not build up and the health screen shows as being connected to solar when it isn’t?
Hi @user64323. I’d first suggest performing a reboot using the reboot option on the bottom of the Device Health screen. If the reboot doesn’t resolve this issue, you can perform a full reset by holding down the setup button on the Doorbell for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, try setting your Doorbell back up using the steps under Set Up a Device.
