My ring video footage has had a blue tint to it for a while now so I tried to reset my doorbell & now it has a red tint to it!! Someone please tell me this is something that can be fixed because I paid way too much for it to stop working properly so soon.
Hi there, @haleyinnis! Resetting your Video Doorbell was a great step to take. I recommend power cycling your Doorbell as well. Depending on your Doorbell model this can be done by removing the battery and inserting after a moment, or removing power and reapplying power (Doorbell Pro).
