Our doorbell is hardwired. Just recently the blue ring will not turn off and the live view is black and white. What do I need to do?
Hi @bigal401. Have you tried resetting your Doorbell and walking it through a fresh setup in the Ring App? If not, I’d recommend doing so by holding down the setup button on your Doorbell for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring App to get it back up and running. This should clear up and performance issues like what you’re experiencing.
