Blue light on Gen 2 doorbell

Hi, I’m a newbie! I have a gen 2 battery doorbell. The blue circle is constantly flashing and has been for 2 days. I’ve followed all the instructions but it’s still doing it. Any ideas please? TIA

Hi @Libob1. You are in the right place. Here is something you can try with your Doorbell. On the back on the device there is an Orange Setup Button. Press and hold that for 20 seconds to reset the Doorbell, then release and wait about 30 seconds. Once that is complete, go ahead and attempt the setup again. I hope this helps!
