Black Videos on Ring Doorbell

I’ve seen several articles on here about the black videos and none have really helped. Starting around noon on 1/5, all of my videos have recorded just black and I’m no longer able to access my live stream.

Any thoughts on what would cause this to ask of a sudden happen?

My device health looks good in the app with a RSSI - 55
