Black Video recordings and No live feeds from Ring Peephole Doorbell.

Been down since Nov 30, after a Video captured a delivery person pushing the Ring Button to ring the doorbell. Since then, it has not worked I followed many experiences that people are having, and reinstalled the Doorbell multiple times. Wifi signal is great. Two other devices are working with no issues.
