Black video doorbell and spotlight cam

April-3-21 all of a sudden the video from my door bell and spot light cam are black both live and recorded. the recorded video says “can not decode video”. Only on my Dell laptop, very thing works on my phone and the desk top which is ethernet, laptop is wifi. I have good wifi signal 43. Changed doorbell to my wifi network signal 46 my spotlight cam (signal 54) is on chime pro network signal 30.
any ideas

Hi @ronruhl. I would recommend clearing the cookies and cache on your laptop, or try a different browser to see if that helps. Also, if you are using a VPN, try disabling it and then viewing the videos. If that doesn’t seem to correct the black video, try reaching out to our support team for the next best steps.
