Black video after processing

In my iOS notification some man was at my door but the video took forever to process and when it did, the vid was black screen and the notification is gone. Only my 2nd day of use. Got me thinking its a setup???

Hi @Jmgord. When this happens, it's typically due to an unstable wifi connection to the Ring device or wifi interference that prevented the video from being properly recorded and uploaded to the Ring app. What is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) listed as on the Device Health screen in the Ring app? Which model of Video Doorbell or Security Camera do you have?
