Black recording screen and won’t go past activating device

I have a ring door bell that won’t connect to live view. It stays constantly on activating device. I have reset the bell and it still has not helped. My internet connection reads that it is strong and any time the bell is rung it displays a black recording. I have even disabled the app and then re added it. Nothing is working, any help would be most appreciated. I have a chime pro also and it is always connecting to it.
