I recently installed another ring camera and the picture quality is really poor almost black and white and I subscribe to ring but the videos are not saved for this new device
Hi @user47327. Can you post a screenshot of what your video looks like? What model Camera do you have? This will help me look into what troubleshooting steps you should try. As for your concern with your Camera not recording despite it being subscribed, that cannot be looked into here in the Community.
