The 3d motion birds eye view worked great for months and just stopped working for no apparent reason on both of my Flood light cams. I went through the 3d motion setup twice on one of my cams and during the setup I can see the birds eye motion during the test but after setup I never get and 3d birds eye “Overlay box” its gone. I have googled and searched and tried everything I can think of. Its like its turned off but in Motions settings 3D detection is on. and Birds eye view is set to show on timeline.

HI @user4451. To confirm, you have the Floodlight Cam Wired Pro, correct? Have you tried taking your Floodlight Cam through a completely new setup in the Ring App? If not, I’d give that a try by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, you’ll set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring App, and it should have you set the 3D Motion Detection settings back up as well.
