Billing over charged, How many users have experienced this annually?

I bought a second Ring camera and activated it on the exact date it would end and be charged when the first camera year was due. I kept a close eye on the trial to ensure my bank was charged on the due date. I then received an email notifying me that my account was Prorated the last day and added $0.17 to my bill. I contacted support and the emails read that it was a credit when in fact it was an added charge to my bank. This is fraud in the least.
