hi, I’m still on the trial, and if I subscribe, is there any way to change billing date, and if I subscribe to Protect basic and want to change to protect plus if I get any more cameras. does my billing date stay the same?

Hi @alistairmck. Your billing cycle will begin on the day that you subscribe to the Ring Protect Plan. If you subscribe while you have an active free trial, your billing cycle will begin when your trial is over. You can learn more about the Ring protect plan here.
