Hi @Coqui347. After canceling a Ring Protect plan, you should receive a prorated refund for the unused amount of time. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. If it’s been over 10 business days, and you still do not see your refund, please reach out to our support team for additional assistance.
