Recently, I was beta testing for Raptor and Ibiza projects. My devices became unstable and I opted out. Now, I have no motion alerts, can’t get to a Live View. I uninstalled the beta app, installed vs 3.18.4 and cleared the cache. Because I opted out, I can’t find support on the beta programs. Please help
Hi @TexasGrrl ! Can you please double check that you have deleted the Beta app and are on the Production App from your app store (iOS or Android)? Also, try a power cycle of your devices when you get a chance, that should help with the motion alerts and live view. Finally, please keep the Beta Guidelines and the NDA. Thank you!
