Here is the situation. When someone walks up to the door, the button on my Ring Pro v2 starts to spin and glow white, and the chimes sound indicating motion. If someone presses the button at this point, it will ring the chimes and my anaolog bell. If the person waits untill the button turns blue, the bell and chimes will not ring. I can duplicate this behavious every time.
The bell is on the latest firmawre and the volatge is good. Is this a defective bell or somethong esle I should be looking at? What does the button tunring blue indicate?
