Bell not working

I have been given a ring 2nd edition for Christmas but cannot get it to work downloaded the app and followed all instructions only to get a message part way through saying I am not connected to the internet, I know I am connected as if I go to google and type in an internet address I am connected straight away. Any help please

Hi there, @benr! When performing a setup in the Ring app, there is a step which will ask you to connect to the Ring setup network. This is likely what is causing the indication of no internet, however, it should still allow for the next steps to be completed.
