Hi, I have very good Wi-fi speed etc, ring app also says everything is connected and in good health. I have a great live feed picture on my phone so internet is fine. However, nothing happens or no notifications to movement or when door bell is rung? Set up ha been completed but it won’t let me turn the chime feature on?

Hi @Keith_chapman. Do you have Ring Alerts and Motion Alerts enabled? You can toggle these on/off in the Ring app with your Doorbell selected. I would check out this Help Center article for some common notifications (IOS and Android). Let me know if this helps.
