My Ring Spotlight Camera suddenly seemed to fail shortly after the warranty finished. I tried to work with technical support but they said I would need buy a new one. I was given a discount code to encourage me, but the code didn’t work. After hours on the phone I was told it was because I had an old item out of warranty, despite the email they sent with the discount code saying just the opposite. Ring does lie to their customers.
