Mine keeps saying only 3% battery, even though I charged it for hours, and it’s off-line
Hi @Vadazoe! What device is this that is stating low battery? If you’ve charged the battery and the device is online, please trigger an event to see if the Ring app will update it’s device help. Let us know if we can help further!
