For some reason my Ring doorbell will not charge. It’s been inside all winter so it can’t be the weather. The blue light on the front just keeps flashing, but I’ve had it on charge all day and nothing is happening. I’ve done a hard reset and followed advice from ring.com to no avail.
Hi @angeljs. If you’ve reset your doorbell and it is still not charging, try moving it and charging it using a different cable and outlet.
