Battery Stuck

The battery on my stick up camera will not come out. Doing exactly what I’m supposed to remove as this is not the first time we have had to take battery out to charge. This time it will not come out at all. Tried calling support without success. Not sure what to do. This camera is just over a month old.

Hi @user60795. This concern is going to be best handled by our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406). Make sure you are calling the correct number for your region. They will be able to check to see if your Camera needs to be replaced and if it is still under warranty to do so.
