When I open the app the battery spotlight cam does not show a picture in the app the way the doorbell camera does. Have I installed it incorrectly or is this a feature to save the battery? Is there a way to see the picture. I have to press live view and it takes a while for it to load.
Hey @DeniseK! If the picture you are speaking of is in reference to the Timeline or preview on the home page of the Ring app, this certainly can differ by device. A Battery powered device may not update it’s image as often as a powered device. Additionally, signal strength can certainly contribute to a difference in timing and load times. I hope this helps! 
Marley, it is the main page of the app. It says All Cameras on top. The doorbell camera shows a picture and the spotlight camera just shows a picture of a camera.
