Battery spotlight cam keeps losing internet on chime(other cameras are connected) blue light on blinks twice when trying to reset and has fully charged batteries
Hi @user3376. When resetting your Spotlight Cam, ensure that you’re holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk the Spotlight Cam through a new setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a device. Make sure you’re not too far from the wifi access point when completing this process as well.
