Our battery spotlight cam disconnects from the solar panel every few days. Somebody has to get a ladder out to unplug & plug it in again then it works … for a few days. It’s getting to be more trouble than it’s worth. If this can’t be fixed I’ll get rid of it.
Hi @lrcameron. I would start by resetting your Spotlight Cam. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, releasing the button, and then reconnecting it to WiFi. Also, be sure that there is no debris in the port that could cause a poor connection between the cam and the Solar Panel. I hope this helps.
