Hi my spotlight camera went offline. I find it has one battery slot not working. Tested the battery with another slot which works well. Want to see how I can send it back for repair.
Hi @user56237. If one of the battery slots is not working correctly, try factory resetting the Camera and then reconnecting it to your wifi to see if it helps. To factory reset your Camera, press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and the battery slot is still not working correctly, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
