Battery showing charged, but won’t reset

My ring doorbell was offline due to me being away for a month or so and the battery died. I charged it all night light was green, but it still won’t reset. I guess it’s either something wrong with the battery. Tried charging multiple times, each time I plug it in, the yellow light also lights up but goes out after many hours later.
