Battery powered stick up camera

My stick up security camera has stopped working. Fully charge the battery, green light. Put battery in camera, press orange button, blue light comes on, then goes off immediately. Put battery back on charge, orange light comes back on for approximately one minute then shows green (fully charged) cannot connect to wi-fi cause unit doesn’t connect. any help/advice appreciated.

Hi @user74676. Try performing a reset on the Stick Up Cam, with the charged battery installed, by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Then try to walk through the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app. If the Stick Up Cam still isn’t responding, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here to take a closer look.
