I changed to virgin wifi this week. Since then ,everything is showing in black and white. I have tried everything suggested such as resetting everything.
Hi @Iandunsmore. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? Black and White video typically happens in low light/no light conditions, when the night vision activates. Is your doorbell in a dimly lit area? Also, if you have a battery power device, it is not a Ring Pro, as the Ring Pro has no battery. You can find the correct name in the Device Health menu.
