We have 3 outside cameras. None of them will connect to the internet all of a sudden. We have lived here for a year and never had an issue until now. We have indoor cameras that all plug directly into the wall and they all work fine. Any suggestions?
Hey there, @BBOYD3301! If you have Cameras inside that are connecting and operating as intended, this is a great sign that your network is working. This might also be an indicator that your network is not reaching your outdoor locations. Please ensure your outdoor Cameras are setup to connect to your 2.4 Ghz wifi network. If possible, try bringing one of the Cameras inside nearby the router to reconnect and test differences in distance. I recommend also checking the power variables for the Camera in questions, just to ensure they are getting sufficient power/ battery. I hope this helps!
