I received a Quick Release Battery Pack with a Ring Doorbell 3. The QRBP says it is for the Ring Doorbell 2. Can it be used for a Ring Doorbell 3? If not, can I exchange it for a QRBP for Ring Doorbell 3? Thanks.
Hey @HapevilleLiving. No worries, this is simply just the packaging! You can use the same battery for the Ring Video Doorbell 2 as you can for the Doorbell 3.
