My camera disconnected from the internet, tried to reconnect many times and it says I am entering incorrect wifi password but I am not. Please help! The issue is driving me crazy!
Hi @Blue2. Are there any special characters in your wifi password? If so, try changing it to an alphanumeric password and attempt connecting it to wifi again. If this doesn’t seem to help, you may need to reset your camera. To reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. I hope this helps!
