Battery not connecting

I have just changed the battery in my stick up cam & inserted new fully charged one. However the cam does not seem to be recognising it as it still says battery critically low & therefore off line

Hey @Lealeyt. Are you able to reconnect the device from the Device Health page? I recommend following the steps outlined in our Help Center Article here to try to bring the device back online.
