Battery never gone past 32% (wired)
hi!I recently installed a door bell (wired) and noticed it has never gone past 32% battery life.I read various posts stating it takes a few events to register but it's had quite a few of those.Today, I had an email saying my battery needs to be charged. I guess my questions are:How long should it take to charge (wired)? Some nights have had no events from 22:00 until 07:30I guess I could take it out and charge it manually. If that works, guess the transformer might be faulty. It does display the thunderbolt for charge in the top right hand corner of the app, but always been yellow and never past 32%.Any tips appreciated!

Hi @minimad79. A hardwired doorbell will provide a trickle charge that should be efficient enough to maintain the battery level. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/204252980-Charging-your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-battery-with-hardwiring) has some great information on how this works.
