My ring spotlight camera has just recently stopped recording. It tells me my batteries need charging even though they are fully charged, I’ve even bought a new battery to see if it was that, did the same thing. The motion lights still come on but won’t record due to low batteries. Does anyone know how to fix it or is my actual camera stuffed…
Hi @LeanneF. What is the RSSI of the Spotlight Cam? This can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app. If the RSSI is within a useable range, I suggest performing a reset on your Spotlight Cam. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to wifi. Let me know if this helps!
