Both the Ring doorbell and my Stick-Up cameras show low battery and are connected to both the electric current and the solar panels respectively. The problem started when the App was updated to version 5.21.0 and I imagine that the firmware was updated as well. I spoke with technical support and they told me to reset the devices and register everything again. I did it and the battery is still draining very fast and stating that “it is not connected to the solar panels.” Only the Ring doorbell shows “connected” but the battery is draining when it has not done that for 2 years.
