My battery latch for my ring camera is broken. Tired of using duct tape. Is there a replacement available or an STL I could print on my 3D printer?
Hey @SpyderGiant. When the hatch is broken, the device itself must be replaced. I tried to look online to see if anyone made a 3D printed version, but it was to no avail. Therefore, for this replacement if you are still within warranty, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
