Battery Issue - Flood / Freeze Sensors killing batteries

I am having issues with all my Flood / Freeze sensors killing batteries. They are only about 1 month old and I have put 3 Non-Cheap betties in each of them. I also put these at my moms house and she is having the same problem. Please help.

While the Ring Alarm Flood & Freeze Sensor is intended to detect flooding and freezing temperatures, it is intended for indoor use only. It should not be placed or submerged in water during normal operation, and should operate in a temperature range of 32º–104º F (0º–40ºC) as freezing weather is known to drain batteries. I recommend also considering distance to the Base Station to ensure signal is optimal and not causing battery to drain quickly.
