Battery is really crap

Question

Had video doorbell for 3 yrs. Now down to charging every 3-4 wks!!! All settings are either set on minimum or off. This is crazy compaired to what Ring say.

Hi @Jamesd007. Does your Doorbell experience a large number of events each day? The events would be dings, motions, and Live Views, as these are all recorded on the Doorbell which can cause the battery life to drain more quickly than expected if your Doorbell is recording a lot of them.
