Battery is fully charged but won’t power device

Battery is fully charged and solid green light when charging lead is attached. However. It does not power my door bell or stick up camera. I believe the battery may have died which is disappointing as it is not that old but probably outside of the warranty. Is there a way to reset the battery? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Kmoret123. There is no way to reset the battery. When putting the battery into the Ring Doorbell or Camera, make sure it is properly installed and there is no dirt or debris in the battery cavity. Also try resetting the Doorbell or Camera with the battery inserted by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds.
